Huaxin Steel has built long-term relationship with Mauritius Client, he is trading agent for Africa area.
Inquiry:
In October 2021, client send inquiry on a mixed container, details are welding electrode, Shovels, Hoes, Hummers, Galvanized Link chain.
Processing:
As the cargos are not manufactured in same factories, so our purchasing department immidiatly to work on these cargos. In two days, we offer client the detail quotation. As we have work together for more than 7 years, so client place order in 2 days so that we can arrange to producing. Because the sailing time is about 35 days and lead time is about 30 days, so the cargo maybe reach Afrcia during Christmas Holidays. So we just check this problem with client and client show his grate and advise we delay to ship.
Our logistic team check with forwarder and advise the proper ETD around 16th December and ship departed on 20th Dec and ETA is around 15th Jan 2022 which give client enough time to pick up container from port.
In this order, client is very appreciated with our efficent working, quality control and logistic ablity. We believe we can have more orders same in the future.
